We lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed it! The team was very responsive with maitenance. Having a weight room was very convenient. We also enjoyed the location on the trail.

We have been living at Linea for over two years. We have nothing but great things to say about our time here. It has been a wonderful experience from the start. The maintenance, amenities and services are always excellent and there is never a need to ask twice. I am very active so having bikeway in my back yard is an added bonus! plus, it is a 10 minute walk to Davis Square, one of my favorite spots.

Maintenance is very friendly and prompt. Some people are loud and inconsiderate as far as being clean. There are a few friendly faces around. BUT do not trust anyone here. They steel packages and things from your doorway... The leasing office has friendly staff and has tried to help and accommodate as best as they can. I haven't used the amenities yet so I can't rate it. It could be cheaper on pricing considering the maintenance work we needed when we moved in and the untrustworthy people around.

This place truly is luxury. Great workers and management. Well maintained. Great location, near everything you'll ever need.

Staff/Maintenance are so warm and friendly! The property is immaculate. Love my apartment and the Smart Home features.

Overall, great place. As far as amenities go, the pool and 24 hour gym are definitely nice, but I wish there was a type of clubhouse (if we needed a little extra space) where we could bring friends to hang out for a game night or something. The walls are a little thin but good overall. You can faintly hear a dog barking from another apartment, but I don't think it would be loud enough to keep me up at night (not that they bark at night, only during the day).

I think need take care more the cleaning included wipe the doors between the hallways , I have see many package delivery in wrong building , is some of my is just disappear .

As a resident here I find that my major pet peeve has to do with some residents having no sense of pride in keeping the public areas and elevators clean. More so lately. Between some, not all, pet owners and others not picking up or cleaning up after their pets or themselves. If I may make a suggestion it would be to place small waste bins outside The elevators and a largerwaste bin in the mail box areas. With regardzs to handicapped plaques there are times when I get picked up and take my plaque with me leaving my car parked in my handicapped space without the plaque. My compliments to the maintenance and housekeeping staff for what they do to keep the property clean and safe.

Lived here for about two years and the flooding parking lot never seems to cease. No pool only when it rains then your vehicle has to move with zero warning if at all your vehicle can move and water does not enter the engine.

I love this complex. Moved here last month and really enjoying it.

We relocated from across the country and the team was so helpful with making sure our move was smooth. Nice, quiet, community, and clean/ comfortable apartment.

lived here for two years. location is ok; there is some rift raff around the area. not always safe to talk around at night. you really do get what you pay for if you can get some of the lower priced units; otherwise, it seems too expensive for what it is.

Oriole Landing is a nice, new location. We have enjoyed living here.

I’ve lived here one year. The apartment is beautiful. Chris the property manager is excellent - gorgeous houseplants throughout the buildings ? Maintenance is competent and timely community activities are great. Grounds and opportunities for gardening at is a top highlight as well as being pet friendly

It’s nice to have this right in the heart of downtown - close to the train, a bunch of Brazillian food nearby, it’s awesome! Plus the in unit washer dryer and the patio green space is so nice to have.

I've been here for a couple years and have had good experiences with the apartment and the staff. Maintenance quite responsive and the leasing office is very helpful. Good location off 495 to get everywhere!
