Olga on Aug 2, 2024I have been living here for 5 years and I will never leave. It is in the best location you could wish for, walking to the beach and can watch the boats in the marina from your deck. The amenities are great and the community is really good for kids and to walk your dog. Very friendly and helpful management and staff that treat you like family. We are from another country and we feel very welcome and supported here, we feel this is our home.

It's super quiet here which I almost wish it was slightly louder because that's what I'm used to with apartment living. But, no complaints. I love the vaulted ceilings and that there are washer and dryers in each unit. Although I'm not a big fan of white kitchen appliances all in all it's a fantastic place to live so far. Having laminate wood flooring is the best. The staff is super nice too! Love the security gate. Feeling safe here in Dos Vientos community.

Just steps away from every conceivable need: groceries, restaurants, hardware, park, library, pharmacies and entertainment abound! Unfortunately so does noise, both from the street and one's neighbors. And finding parking for friends and family can be nearly impossible. For nonsmokers, the presence of secondhand smoke from neighbors is a real nuisance, as is the dog urine and poop on the surrounding sidewalks. Amenities such as pool and gym are great, but laundry rooms need improvement and it would be nice if free cable Internet and TV were offered. Currently pool gym and community room are closed due to COVID-19, making office staff harder to reach. Maintenance staff are superb -- they do their utmost to keep the old buildings functioning.
