I love living here at The Ave, the staff are absolutely amazing! I love that we have monthly calendar events and I also love our view of the Riverwalk. The only drawbacks I would say are parking can be a little tricky at times trying to find a spot when I get home from work. I think I would much rather prefer assigned parking spots then first come first serve. I also wish that our neighbors upstairs were more considerate of quite hours but I know that isn't the buildings fault. All in all I love living here and feel safe and love that the amenities are 24-7. Whenever I need a change of scenery it's nice that there are many common areas for me to choose from. I highly recommend living here to others :).

Have had issues for 2 months and absolutely no attempt to compensate our lack of quality of life.

Efficiency apartment vs bachelor flat: which one is right for you?

Cheap studios and efficiency apartments normally have the kitchen in the main room, which is a major discouraging factor for renters… But don’t let this scare you away: there are always some exceptions that prove the rule, and it’s worth locating them in Wellswood, Tampa, FL too. Some newer apartment buildings have very spacious floor-plans with layouts that allow you to divide the sleeping and living space for more privacy and comfort. A few design tricks, like a well-placed mirror, a bookshelf divider and functional space-saving furniture can make all the difference. Be prepared that bachelor flats with a separate kitchen tend to be a bit more expensive than your average one room apartment. If you plan on cooking and eating in a lot, it may be worth spending the extra dollars per month to have your kitchen separate from your bedroom/living area. It all comes down to finding a studio apartment that fits your lifestyle and your personal preferences.
