Great Intimate Location

Going on 2 years here since the building was constructed. Early issues from a new building coming online have been resolved. The Casa Ybor office and maintenance staff are very professional and responsive for things they can control. If you like a faster-paced, night-life area like Ybor City, this location is perfect. 5 stars, would recommend.

Great Place to Live Overall

I have lived here for a few months and I love it! The design is modern, but I love the preservation of historical aspects. The location is prime, far enough to not be in the middle of Ybor noise, but right next to the trolley for easy access to Channelside and Downtown. Parking in the garage feels safe and is not a bad price monthly, but it can become a challenge when having guests over. There are also no amenities that come with the apartment, which I feel there could be potential to partner with local places to provide guests some of those amenities (ex: partnering with Hotel Haya for pool access). Other than those two minor things, my experience has been fantastic living here and I definitely recommend Casa Ybor management for folks looking to live in the Ybor area.
