Additionally, there is a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Please note that our community participates in Pet Screening, which requires a $25 registration fee per pet. We are excited to meet your furbabies! Breed restrictions do apply, please inquire for more details if needed.

Property Description

FRAUD NOTICE Submitting a rental application, paystubs, bank statements, general documents, or identity documentation of another person without lawful authority is a state and federal crime. We work with local, state, and federal agencies to submit and prosecute all identity fraud.
Please be advised, the reservation screening process can take a minimum of 3 business days (M-F) to complete.
Move in date requests that do not meet the minimum 3 business day requirement will be rescheduled by the community and additional costs may apply.
All applicants are required to provide necessary documents within the first 24 hours of submission in order to continue to hold the reservation. Pricing is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to the move in day selected.
Selecting a lease term for Society Westshore Apartments that is less than 12 months may be subject to short term lease premiums that are not displayed in the online lease term selection/application process .

Not worth your money

Not worth your money! The place is poorly built and they do not do a great job keeping up with the property. TH walls are paper thin. You can hear every step from you upstairs neighbor. Appliances in the apartment need to be replaced. I moved in and needed almost every single appliance replaced. They let me move in with a shattered stove top. The out door fob system has been down for almost 3 weeks now and there are only 2 working doors - how is this not a top priority for them to fix?! I have been here for 4 months and they are still messing up my monthly rent payment and unable to fix it correctly in their system. Save your time, money and energy and live somewhere else!

Massive opportunity for improvement

The price does not reflect the value - the staff turns over consistently, the property has become very run down, security is non-existent/doors are always broken - anyone can just walk in, receiving packages needs a better solution (it is not Amazon's responsibility) and location is the driver.

It’s okay

I wouldnt refer anyone to live here. You can hear yiur neighbors, everythings breaks, the parking garage have residents speeding and almost hitting your car.
