I moved in to this community in 2021 from out of state. The apartments are large and spacious with plenty of storage and a thougtful layout. Maintenance is courteous, friendsly and respond to requests in a timely manner. Front office is also friendly, responsive and helpful! This is my third reneal and im happy to continue renewing!!

HONEST REVIEW
Promised a high quality apartment, move in was a little rough because of numerous issues with unit and they still have plenty of issues to address that i noted on move in documents. Overall, not a bad location with friendly community members and probably the friendliest and nicest staff ive met. Just need to improve the Managements standards on "high quality" and probably check over the maintenance teams work. I would recommend this place for young adults looking for their first apartment but as a seasoned adult it might lack in some basic standards.

Everything here is run down and the office is useless. Have had s smoke alarm beeping for 6 months now that refuse to fix. Only stay here because of the location

The Preserve
Great place to live. In a very convenient area. Staff is bery friendly, maintenance is very quick to respond and fic my work orders. Place is spacious and amenities are great! Cant complain but if I had to, more visitor parking is needed.

It's been great ??. Been very happy but wish rent was lower. I'm on a fixed income and didn't expect rent to increase in one year.
