Honestly Obsessed
Okay so I've lived here about 3 weeks so far and I love it. It checks every box for me. I love the gym, it has everything I need (including a stair master, which is rare for apartment gyms!). The parking is great & easy (I didn't wanna deal with a parking garage so I was so happy to find this place). A few other things that I love: the staff is friendly (Teri is literally an angel), I love that they pick up the trash DAILY from right outside your door, the location is awesome because it's on a private parkway (also really nice to take walks on), but it dumps you out right onto the highway like 1 minute down the road so you can get anywhere in Tampa pretty quickly. There's two coffee shops right down the street & a gas station right there as well. I also love how they do the mail/package pickup. Your packages get individual lockers so everything is safe & secure until you pick it up (using an app that you just scan and it pops the door open). Honestly 10/10 for the property all around - I'm super happy!

Moving in this week!
Moving in this week, but we are so elated by the peaceful location, the amenities (pool, 24/7 gym, etc.), the community aspect (garden, cafe, food truck Wednesdays, events), the properties themselves, and especially Teri who's helped us out tremendously in receiving the keys to our dream apartment right now. Thanks so much for all of your help at The Beck, and looking forward to our stay here!

Great Property to Live
Love living here. Lived on the second floor and don't hear much of any noise. It's a peaceful area. The office staff and maintenance is GREAT!!
