I moved in to Aurora one month ago and I am so happy I chose to do so. From the first time I toured the complex, every member of the leasing team was extremely open, honest, and sincere. My specific leasing agent, Debbie Parente, was super helpful and nice. She worked hard and diligent for me to get my application approved for the unity I decided I wanted to move into. Debbie was always quick to answer my emails and phone calls, which made the entire process an easy transition. Since my move-in day, my time here has been nothing short of enjoyable. The amenities are kept clean and in working condition. Not only the staff, but the other residents are all friendly and approachable. Having your own private parking garage in downtown Tampa too is a benefit you do not get to have with a lot of other complexes in this area. I would recommend anyone looking in the area to highly consider leasing at Aurora, you will not be disappointed!

Unbeatable location

Long time resident here. Felt compelled to write a review to thank Esmeralda for all the hard work. This morning I noticed that she did a fabulous job detailing the entrance by the mail room. I had noticed that the floor was looking bad recently. My running buddy noticed this as well. It looks much better now. Esmeralda is one of the many staff people that do a fine job day and day out. Thanks!

I love living here!

Aurora is a terrific place to live! I love living in the heart of downtown Tampa, and being able to commute to work with ease by foot. The pool area is gorgeous. Love the view from my apartment of the courtyard. Staff is very friendly.
