Doors always broken, call box broken, gate is broken and takes forever for maintenance requests to be fulfilled.

I've had a great time living here the past 3 months! Apartment is beautiful and in a great location!
Good Place To Live
Living at Society Westshore is very good. Everyone here is nice, and the amenities are great. The people though could be a little cleaner and take a little more pride in the cleanliness of the complex, especially in the garage. It's almost as if they think they have maids working for them and because they pay rent, they have people around picking up after them. They might want to replace the garbage gates as well it seems like one or the other one is always broken. Otherwise, the amenities, location, and staff are awesome. No regrets living here.
Location, quality, safety
I love where Society is located, you are never more than 10 minutes from anything. The community itself is very safe, brightly lit at night, and obviously is high quality with amenities you would come to expect from anything at the price point. We do have some lazy residents that don't clean up after their dogs, properly throw away trash, and essentially treat the community like a nice college dorm room. But what can you do...the staff is awesome and does all that they can.
New Lease Tenant Review
I moved in to my apartment 25 May 2022. There was an issue with the plumbing pipes underground , and the issue has still not been fix. I have not been able to use my bathroom sink since I moved in. There is now a hole in my bathroom wall and a patched hole in the floor with missing vinyl pieces. I have not been kept updated on the status of this issue being resolved, I literally have to call and walk over to the leasing office for status updates myself. Very unacceptable behavior, and I must say that I expected much better care from this apartment complex. My apartment is a one bed/bath, so my one and only bathroom sink has not been operational since the day I received my keys.
