I've been a tenant for 5 years and was very happy with the way things were run by the previous company here. They took care of the work orders accordingly, were attentive to tenants, maintained the grounds, and even controlled the local invasive duck population from getting out of control by calling a removal service. These are the things that need to be addressed. I recently spoke with the manager about someone feeding the ducks, which defecate on our vehicles and parking lot, and he seemed very passive, not showing any concern. This type of mindset is the problem; they see tenants as a nuisance, not as a customer. The maintenance guys are always riding around in golf carts, chatting on their phones while on the clock, things don't get done on time.

Honestly the Maintenance requests takes 2-3 months of time and you have to chase them to get it done within 2 months. Lot of crocodiles near the shores.

the gym space is tiny and usually crowded. sometime needs to wait the line for the cardios. hope to improve. the apartment is old. and has consitently roachs. neighboor has dog barking consitently. very annoying for people needs to work from home.
