Nicholas Guerrero, or Nick as he’s commonly called, was incredibly patient and attentive in his approach to customer service. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. His professionalism and attentiveness were truly impressive. I found Nick to be both persuasive and friendly, as he skillfully explained the different options available and helped me identify the deal that fit my needs perfectly. He also followed up with phone calls and communicated clearly and promptly. I decided to do all my business with him because he left such a strong, positive impression on me. I made sure to come in on the day he was working to finalize the deal. I didn’t really feel the need to speak with anyone else there; I was confident in my decision to work solely with Nick. For me, this is the go-to place for storage since it's conveniently located. I rented from this location before, but this time everything felt totally different. The gate is now accessible digitally through an app on your phone. Plus, there's no need to buy a separate padlock; I brought one with me, but they use a cylinder lock, which you need to purchase from them for $19.99. ... Read more

I needed a large storage unit for just a few weeks to store large crates for work. I had gone to the ExtraSpace Storage location on Ceasar Chavez and the kind team there worked with me and we figured out that due to the massive size of these crates, they would not work at this location. They then worked with me to secure a spot at this location on Egbert. Walked me through the whole process and really made sure that this was what would work best for my needs. Both the Cesar Chavez and Egbert location teams were super friendly, helpful and quick to respond - which I am so grateful for. Had to move to another storage company due to several issues. The rent increased quite quickly, which was to be expected. However, many of my boxes were destroyed by something like motor oil leaking in from an adjacent unit. Obviously not the fault of mgmt but imo they did not handle it well. I had to take off some hours of work to move everything before the oil seeped into more of my things. I asked to be refunded for that month (which I thought was fair) and Irene fought me on it and questioned me about how much time I really had to take off work ... I was not in the mood to argue after moving all my stuff. About a week later she did get me a refund though, and I appreciate that. Then, I followed up a couple times about where the oil was coming from, if it actually was motor oil, etc. so I could write an insurance claim. Management would not provide me any info. Finally, I was forced to move into a new unit double the size of my original one bc there were no smaller ones available. I’ve been renting a unit for a few years now. We have had to move the unit 2x and now again due to rodent damage! Thousands of dollars worth of damage. Management wasn’t helpful he said she has to wait for the same size unit to come open?
