I've lived in twin oaks for 16 years. I moved out because i bought a condo. Living there has been a wonderful experience --the staff are friendly; maintenance timely, and while the neighborhood can be lively and loud, once you are inside you apartment, you can't hear anything your neighbors in their units. The location can't be beat either. I really missed the place.
The staff at Twin Oaks are very helpful and available when you call. Very happy with my nee home. Thank you Zadia!

In today's times, it is a blessing to have been in the Rock Creek Springs Apts community for 15 plus years. This is a testament to the property owners, staff, and our neighbors who all make up an empowering community! The maintenance staff are excellent and do care about the maintaining and correcting any issues on property or that the particular tenant may have. The office staff has taken good care with assisting with questions or assistance as needed in various situations for all these years!! That is important to me as a tenant!! Right next to metro, older building with nice lobby, hardwood floors, great maintenance team.
-staff is good, but def understaffed. everyone i interact with has been extremely helpful. though it takes them a while to respond to emails. -parking is pretty outrageously priced, without acess to any of the park place amenities. if im paying $175 for parking i should be able to use the gym+rooftop. -its a solid value -i like the common area, but packages need a better place bc they just pile up -id like to be able to grill thats all id liek

I’ve lived on Tuckerman in this property for 2yrs now. The staffing is attentive and pleasant. Everyone in the building is friendly and welcoming. The laundry room is safe, clean and well maintained. I enjoy living here and would recommend the location and building to family and friends.
