Nice people by and large. Staff is really nice but need to get better about follow up. I hope it is just a COVID thing. But they are super nice.
In General, I think rent in this area is higher than in other places in town, so they are competitive. The staff is lovely and even in a town of crisis they seem to be pulling together and making it through it. I am excited about my renovated apartment. I have lived in a non-renovated smaller place for a year and even though I am on the 2nd floor the noise is not bad and to be expected for a 2nd floor unit.

Margie and her team are incredible! They communicate, they work hard to make sure we have very pleasant living conditions. The freshening and updating of the units, common areas, etc are extremely appreciated.
This was my very first apartment since I've moved out with my mom. This apartment is great everything about it, I never had a problem with management, maintenance or neighbors. This is great area as well. Rent is a little high for a 2 bed but if you got a roommate it's not too bad.
