I have been at Rockrimmon for a year now and love it! We are really close to Ute Valley and a nice walking path to a park. Also near downtown and close to the mountains! My church is near by and theres local shops like the wine gallery, mateos and mountain high pizza. The apartments are nice and modern, great staff and wonderful maintenance.

Mostly a great experience but lately there has been more noise from barking dogs who are stuck in the apartment all day long. Excellent maintenance response. Looking forward to moving to a "new" apartment as soon as possible. Our apartment feels very old and need of remodeling. Overall...I recommend these apartments
