i’ve lived here for four years now and I’m quite happy. My apartment faces pulpit rock, so I get amazing sunsets. I’d love to split floor plan of my two bedroom with two full baths and two full walk-in closets. I can’t say enough about the maintenance team. They are A+ and go above and beyond. They know your name and are always happy to help. The heated pool is a huge plus especially that it’s open year round. Amenities are always clean and up-to-date.

My girlfriend and I have been living here now for 4 months and can't say enough how much we love this place. We chose this complex because of its location. We love this area of Colorado Springs and being next to the highway is a luxury we both enjoy. While getting situated here the staff was delightful and very helpful. Something that commonly goes unnoticed but not in this case as their friendliness was exceedingly apparent. The layout and design of our apartment is amazing. Simply put, we are both continuously grateful to be living in a place as nice as this. The amenities are excellent and frequently get used by tenants which I find to be nice as it fosters a feeling of community amongst the people here. Although we find everything about these apartments to be great one sticks out above the rest in our opinions and that would be the maintenance team here. For scheduled maintenance they are intentional, give you plenty of notice time, and are true to what they say. For repairs they will often reply and have a time scheduled with you the same day you sent the request. We are continuously impressed with the professionalism that the maintenance team operates at and couldn't be happier about it. In short, we love living here and would recommend anyone to come and join us.

Assistant property manager Achilles places false accusations which lead to poor mental health and time wasted on attorneys. Fire this man immediately. Dan is cool. Keep him. Rent increases by 10% per annum, higher than the average apartment complex. Noise is abysmal without recourse when reported.

Its a great place to live, but the train noise is pretty loud. Other than that, its an awesome place and has all the stuff you need thats around.
