Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, turtles, and fish are allowed. Resident may not have more than two birds, two canaries, two parakeets, or one Mynah bird. Turtles must be kept in an aquarium, hamsters and gerbils must be caged. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. No other animals or reptiles are permitted. The pet deposit applies for cats, dogs, and other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. the apartment complex and the amenities offered have been phenomenal; have really enjoyed our time here. only downside has been the train noise, but there is nothing we can do about that.

This is hands down the best place to live in the Springs. Not only is it a very convenient location but the price point is something you cant beat. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The building is new and clean. I really enjoyed the process of moving in with all of the help and tips provided. Coming from someone who has owned a home and has rented apartments, this is one of the best places i've (personally) ever lived.
