I enjoyed living here but maintenance took a very long time to fix a very simple problem. The complex is very quiet and conveniently located

Parking lately sucks.
I live near the main office, and lately parking on the weekends has been super difficult in the evening, especially with the construction materials taking up spots near the park. There have been times I have to park on the opposite end of the complex which is just ridiculous and frustrating. Other times I have to park to the side of the office because it’s so cold and I refuse to walk 5 mins to my own apartment. I really hope you guys are lenient during circumstances like this. I would hate to be towed but I simply just do not see why I should have to park so far away from my own home.

My rent comes out automatically. Didn’t come out this month. Tried paying it online. Didn’t let me.
