Pretty fair, could be better

I feel like the place is a bit overpriced for what it is. The parking lots aren't very well cared for either, and the people who are hired to take care of leaves tend to carelessly blow them into the porch. Plus, nobodies took care of the overgrown bushes beside our apartment, so we're stabbing ourselves every time we go in and out. Other than that, though, it's a decent place. Staff members are always a pleasure.

A little pricey, but somewhat worth it.

Little pricey for the state this particular apartment is in. Stove is a little wonky and doesn't work sometimes, washer and dishwasher are outdated. Despite having a switch for a garbage disposal, I do not have one... which is strange. Otherwise, the staff is super friendly, nice, and accommodating! And I haven't had any issues needing severe maintenance. Though... if someone takes care of the bushes around the apartments, they're doing a poor job trimming them if at all. The parking lot, however is atrocious. Pot holes, tiny spaces, awkward parking angles. Half the time I have a hard time backing out in my tiny car because the larger cars around me make it difficult to see or are hanging out of the spots where I can't back out fully. I know there's not much that can be done about the sizes of the parking spots, because of how much space is allotted to the area and the covers are pre-built - but the pot holes seriously need to be attended to. Especially the one at the front entrance!

Windtree has the best staff

Living here has been a great. The place is well managed and everyone you deal with is super friendly. They make every aspect of living here as easy as possible. Would definitely recommend!

Love Where I Live

I have lived at Windtree for 6 years and I love where I live! Close to grocery stores, gas stations, local shops and restaurants, Windtree's location still feels private and safe. Amenities abound! The pool is wonderful in summer and sauna a joy in winter. Covered parking has left my car free of sun and hail damage. In unit laundry and a wood burning fireplace keep my place cozy and warm. The staff in the leasing office are always friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew prompt and efficient. Come and see for yourself. You'll be glad you did!
