Overall, we've been generally happy living here, but a few things have left a sour taste. Connor and Gus have been fantastic — genuinely helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. They're the best part of living here. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for admin/management. In our experience, they haven't always been truthful. It often feels like they'll tell you whatever gets you to sign the lease or resolve the immediate issue, rather than giving you the full, honest picture. It's clear the priority is business first, transparency second. We don't regret living here overall, but we'd encourage anyone considering this property to get everything in writing and ask a lot of questions before committing — don't just take verbal promises at face value.

I really enjoyed my time here. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the maintenance was timely and very effective.
