Parking is terrible

The parking situation around the areas with already limited parking got worse when the EV chargers were installed. There also are clesrly “favorites” or people who have a office contact. My car was almost towed for a flst when I was out of town (giving me three days) when I was gone. But one car have been sitting in the lot unmoved for MONTHS. The office has been contacted and does not seem like they will do anything about it.

It's not a bad place, not an amazing place

So far our living experience here has been good. We have lived since the property first opened with the previous management company, so we have seen the changes the new management company has been trying to make. What I like most about living here is the location being close to I-25 makes it easy to commute to work and that we have a few easy local roads that make navigating the community easy. It's hard to say what we like about the apartment as we've lived here we have only been shown more just how not durable and not efficient this property claims to be despite charging higher rates than other local apartments. I would recommend living here if you live an active lifestyle that would warrant this location, but if you are someone who rarely goes out or is more of a stay at home the price might not feel efficient for the quality of the apartment. So it really just depends, they are nice and clean due to being newer, the maintenance team tries really hard to make sure your problems are satisfied, and the new staff has been responsive in their communication with the community. It seems to be trending to a better status than previous and we only hope to see more positive growth as we continue our stay here.
