Overall, compared to many complexes in the Springs, this is a great property with an epic location. If you need to be close to the hospital or close to Walmart for prescriptions or food or near. Walgreens, this is the place. There is a manager named Matt who is outstanding. He is likely the best property manager ive very encountered in my last 20 years of living on my own and he makes everything better. His demeanor is incredible and he humbly cares about the residents here and goes out of his way to make sure we are all treated with respect and dignity. While I do wishbthere were some interior upgrades, this is a beautiful complex and is right near downtown and Memorial Park and close to so many medical facilities. For me, it's great and I appreciate Weidner so much.
