Just not worth the money
This is by no means a slant at the people who work in the leasing office or the maintenance team. However, for paying over 2000$ a month in a place that is really nothing more than a low end apartment should be a crime. I haven’t had A/c since summer started, residents that have lived here longer than I have say the hot tub hasn’t worked for almost 3 1/2 years, parking is abysmal, and the “Gym” is 2 treadmills and mismatched dumbbells. This apartment complex is the worst I’ve lived in by far. I’d rather go back to my fully furnished no A/c apartment for 1,100$ a month then stay here and get railroaded out of 2 grand a month. Just a real shame. I get that things break in an apartment complex, but don’t sit and say “oh we need it to be dry before we can replace the refrigerant” and then say “ we’ll we can’t fix the A/c because we’re out of refrigerant” it’s lazy and dishonest. I will be talking to other residents to make absolutely sure I’m not the only one who’s been having the same frustrations. I’m going to make sure this is apartment complex is review bombed and no one moves in here if I can help it.

Most Bang For Your Buck
I have lived here for 3 and a half years and about to sign a new lease. I have had absolutely no problems in the complex or with maintenance or service of any kind. I often look to see "what's out there" and there is NOTHING I can get for what I pay here, and the size of my place. Rent is high everywhere and there are so many newer complexes but they are well over $2K for what I have now at Camelback.

We Really Appreciate the Maintenance Crew!
Just wanted to give a shout-out to Jason and the maintenance crew. Ben recently replaced the light bulbs in our kitchen, and the new LED bulbs are amazing! Having so much bright, beautiful light in that space has made cooking a pleasure again. Thanks, guys. We appreciate you!

No Parking
The one thing that really gets to me is the no available parking spaces. Some of us works late in the evenings and we come home to absolutely no parking! Some of the people who parks here don't live here! And it is ridiculous! And it it is not fair that actually LIVES HERE!
