The staff has been great, my husband and I adore Ms. Tammy. There are a few 4 star ratings and there are simple explanations: 1. with everyone home right now, parking has been a bit iffy at times. Seeing our lot at capacity is a bit odd to me. I'm sure it's just a circumstantial thing and not a norm. 2. I rated the Amenities 3 stars only because I can't use the gym on the weekends or after work. 3. The maintenance guy is wonderful, my issue is with the landscapers. Some of the areas they cut don't look to have been cut, it's just more like they kicked up the debris in the grass. 4. Great location for the husband and I, but I don't always feel safe with the homeless people that happen to get inside our area from time to time and rummage through the garbage. Thank you all for everything that you do to make our community great. The Robinsons
