some things ok but others not

office help is very but with the repairs, it has been a real hassle in many aspects= noise, parking in some areas, all the dirt all the crews leave inside the apartment and outside the apartments and on the parking lot. I'm waiting for final inspection to be done in my apartment, so that I can let them know about it. I'm tired of letting the persons in charge of the construction know about all the unfinished work or done badly and hear them say will come back to fix it, and they never do so.

To whom this may concern. This is long overdue. I transitioned from Arizona in 2020 at the beginning of the city shutting down from covid-19. I have children in the military so I wanted to be closer to them and my grandchildren at Fort Bliss Army Base. I decided to look for a home in Texas. unfamiliar with El Paso while searching for housing, I came across Mesa Town Homes Apts. I had no luck that day until I walked into Mesa Apt Complex. I saw a woman who I now know as Johanna who is the apt manager. I walked in exhausted and feeling defeated. I asked her if they were accepting applications she said as a matter of fact yes we are ma'am. Would you care to see an apt?. I said absolutely with great excitement. She took me to a 2 bedroom like what I reside in now and showed me around. after I inventory the apt she looked at me and said well what do you think? I was so overjoyed, I started to cry and I told her I LOVE it!! This is my new home. I want it. I then asked her what were the requirements to transfer from Arizona to here. She explained the process with ease and told me when the apt will be available. She stated she would need to complete a background check on my renting and leasing history, as well as my income. Everything worked out in my favor thanks to Mrs. Johanna's assistance, She kept me updated on the progress of the apt. A new carpet was installed through the unit which I appreciated greatly. I received my long-awaited call finally the place was available. The place was very neat and clean just absolutely beautiful and it STILL is. I moved in and made it my home. Anytime I've had ANY situation or problem which hasn't been many. I'll call Mrs. Johanna or log on to rent-cafe for a request and my issues are handled with expedient results I expect. love my place. Living here has been a quiet stay until recently. My new upgraded Apts are even more beautiful other than a few touch-ups that need completing. Tenant Ms. Jackson
