So-far so-good
I find it to be very pleasant, beautiful and spacious, I'm very comfortable here.
My Opinion.
Overall the apartments are nice. There are a few hiccups; some examples are the dishwasher not working, bent light switch covers, the ceiling fan switch in the master room only having 1 speed ( the switch seems to be jammed prior to me moving in ) - the laundry room not being separated from the bedroom. It appears to look like mold coming in on my kitchen ceiling. There are no light poles in the parking lot. I’m sure they’ll add them eventually. Also, the main entrance is toward the left side of the building opposed to being directly in the middle. For the most part as long as you take care of your place it’ll last, just like my previous apartment from GEM. Which is why I’d like for the minor things in my place to be fixed before it becomes a major issue. We don’t want that.
