Great Environment

I enjoy living here at Bull’s Creek, but i wish they would turn the water pressure up around here, my family and I love hot showers. It would also be nice to have the main entry door to the building locked 24/7. Having that extra sense of security would make it much better.

Grass isn’t green

The staff in the office have been rude and never respond or answer the phone. The parking was not thought out, and only having 1 elevator in a 5 story building is crazy. The only amenties you have access to is the gym and 1 washer and 1 dryer because like the ONLY elevator it constantly breaks down. Its income based what more should i expect

Property Pros/Cons

Very nice area for the cost, can be noisy depending on who lives above you. Don’t really see the office staff around much. Security should be more enforced on entering building. Key fobes were given but I’ve seen people yank the door open to get in. Maintenance does a good job with getting things fixed. The property normally looks good as well especially when it comes to lawn and trash care. Parking passes should also be strictly enforced with guest passes maybe?
