Development History At the request of Elliot Park Neighborhood, Inc., Aeon bought and renovated this condemned building in 1991. During the renovation, Aeon added historically accurate windows to better fit within the historic district.

It's a pretty good place to live. Especially for the price. I relly like the manager. She's super nice and helpful (when you can reach her).

Just now logging in to pay second month's rent so almost a full month, so much better than previous places I've rented especially at the same price point.
