When I first moved in everything was great, but in the last 2 years everything went downhill, maintenance does not show up to fix things unless I keep putting requests online, washer has been broken for close to a month now. I have been trying to do the recert since last November and it’s still not finished. My account was locked due to this and I haven’t been able to pay the rent and because of that now there are multiple fees. The manager does not communicate well unless I call concord which takes about an hr to do.
