Comfortable un affordable

I have lived here for about a year now. The staff in this complex have been the most helpful since I've moved in. There were some issues with a water leak, but they were ontop of everything, every step of the way they have assisted in getting the living area situated ASAP without just putting a bandaid on it.

Not renting another year! Every time it gets good it’s gets worse, parking lot was done horribly and uneven. Rent is too high for the compact space. Constantly sending emails about trash but have not cameras to show who dumping on the road. Washer/dryer facility is 2/10 most of the time it takes your money and when you dispute it with your bank they make excuses that’s it’s in our rent. No it’s not!!! The maintenance constantly marks things as closed when they didn’t even try. I have made so many complaints, when I finally do now they make a new charge out of nowhere. I pay early or on time every month but we need to focus on bigger issues than just the road.

The leasing staff and management team truly exceeded my expectations with their prompt assistance. They listened attentively to my urgent situation and assured me they would provide the necessary support, which they did effectively. Their kindness, professionalism, and organization were evident throughout the process. If it were possible, I would gladly award them 20 stars for their outstanding service. Thank you immensely!

We think village Park is a great place to live in because the apartment floor plans are spacious and the community is wonderful. We love the way the mangers and staff treated us and the other customers. One of the staff members name Rosie was very friendly and professional with helping us with making sure all our paper work , other apartment needs was taken care of whenever we came into the Village Apartment office which meant a lot to us in a timely manner. We also believe that Rosie did a excellent job of helping us to move in a timely amount of time and welcome us to the community with a great home welcome gift which meant a lot to us the day we moved into our apartment. Rosie truly prove to us that she qualified for working with us and other customers in work field on a one percent base. We think that Rosie deserves a score of five and higher score. We do most definitely beleive that Rosie should receive a score of a 10 because of her excellent work performances that she showed us at Village Park Apartments. We loved the way all the staff members treated us . We'll definitely highly recommend other future consumers to come sign up at the Village Park complex. They were respectful and they tried there best to help us get an apartment at the Vllage Park community. We really participated everyone's help, and professional performance toward me and my boyfriend. We believe that you'll did a excellent job. Thanks

Amazing service from Rosie and Robert in the office. They made the moving process so quick and easy also helped the process go smoothly, so glad I got to meet them and am extremely happy with the service they provided thank you Village Park Apartments.
