Okay and With Room for Improvement
Experience has been okay overall. There's been a constant bumps with office staff, the most concerning one is communication. Emails or calls barely go through or are even responded, a physical visit is required for every minor thing (which is very inconvenient). Also a lot of "little mistakes" that need corrections and/or follow up to be fixed were/are done often (at least it has been my experience, they also started even before the move-in.) Maintenance has been an issue since I moved in almost two years ago. The process to get work orders fixed takes weeks, sometimes months for the proper work to be done or even finished. However staff is friendly and nice to talk to, but work and diligence needs improvement. Some improvement has been noticeable since the new company acquisition. Hopefully improvements are being done and the level of service becomes efficient and up to the value that residents are paying.
