It was so much better the first year we were here , the staff was nicer and maintenance was great and after they were ket go it all went dian hill.
Luxury big apartments
Property manager goes above to ensure units and properties are up to date. Pool area is amazing and very family oriented. Big kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Space is never an issue. Outside storage units close by to apartmente are available for additional space. Clean property and maintenance always is around. ??

Pleasant place to live
Have lived here nearly 4 years. Have enjoyed pool and clubhouse events. Generally quiet. Neighbors are nice. Maintenance team responds quickly to issues.
Overall Great Property
Being one of the first people to move into The Morgan I’ve seen it go through a lot of change. I think we currently have the best staff, and best property manager by far, since it opened. The staff is great and responsive and the property manager, Alison, cares about the property and her residents. Maintenance has greatly improved too. Being near the airport shoulsnt deter anyone from living here. And parking is a challenge but no more than any other complex. Overall, my wife and I are happy to call The Morgan home for the last 5 years!
