5 1/2 yrsI have lived here, and 4 1/2 yrs next door at sister property. Just wish the rules that are sent out constantly were enforced. I have seen smokers walking freely throughout the property and at the pool. Glass bottles in the pool area. Teenagers running threw the property and the buildings, both on foot and with scooters, electric bikes. Dogs off leashes, urine, poop. In the warmer months the larger gatherings in the pool area. Gate being propped open so easy access is granted, especially on Sundays. Blarring of loud music from apartments until 11:00PM or later. Sure the occasional email will come out saying this can effect your lease being terminated - and yet it contunues because noone takes it seriously, because they know there will not be any consequences. Maintenance is always prompt, and polite. Office staff is friendly

The office staff is exceptional to meeting all of my requests over the past 4 yrs. Maintenance is prompt, professional and efficient. My only issue is the lack of all the gates in and out of the pool area working.

Outstanding place to live very clean very neat the front office. People are awesome every single one of them always help me out and when I have a maintenance request. I don’t wait 10 minutes before someone’s knocking on my door. I wanna say thank you for the good job when I really enjoy living room
