Racoons are the kings here
Living here would be better if you could solve the racoons problems. They come to our doors, pee on the trash, poops on the stairs and make a mess!
Great location
This apartment complex was built in the 90s. Sturdy foundations but things needs to be repaired. Maintenance gets to problems based on priority so have some patience. Family based apartment complex- lots of kids. My favorite thing about this place is the location. Walking distance to a Publix, as well as multiple restaurants, small businesses and a gym. Not very far from Millenia mall, Universal, and other attractions and businesses. The traffic can be rough depending on the time of day.
Racoons are taking place!
I've been living here for 3 years but recently I've seen that racoons are taking place of the buildings. They poops all over the stairs and ruin our trash cans making a huge mess. Is there anything we can do about it?
Location but busy
Great location, but can be noisy and traffic can get hectic. Use a security system for this side of town. Apartment is clean, getting things done takes a while.
Save your money
Started off rocky with the new property manager due to previous company’s unreliability. Very quick to email you about a complaint against you but, does nothing about real issues concerning maintenance. New scanner decal system for gate and still have yet to receive decal. They want everything done on their time but, yours not so much. Definitely not worth your time or the disappointment.
