Great place to live but the elevators are a challenge

Selecting a place to live without feeling the pressure of moving every year is my goal. Aside that living in the most desirable floor the highest and the amazing views my location offers, the most important selection for me was elevator and access to my apartment plus security. The elevator continues to be challenge and an inconvenience, to access the parking, not able to unload a heavy amount of groceries at a time, walking my dog which can't do up and down stairs. This location is wonderful but a few things need better attention.
