New building

I've lived here for almost two months now. No pets, one roommate. Here are the pros and cons in my opinion: Pros -Brand new building, so apartments and amenities are nice and clean and works -Offices and a conference room that you can work from if you are remote -Staff is very nice and helpful -Parking lot is almost empty, so you're guaranteed to get a good spot -Very quiet since the building is still pretty empty and I don't have "neighbors" yet (I don't even hear construction) -Near to downtown -5 minutes from Walmart, Starbucks, UPS, and walking distance to 7-11 -Trash is picked up every day Cons -A few kinks are still being worked out (ex: pool wasn't open yet when I moved in, but just opened a few days ago) -The construction around the building makes entering and exiting inconvenient (some left turns are restricted), but once you figure it out it's fine. -Looking out of your window to see construction isn't that pleasant (I have been told the project should be wrapped up early next year, but there's no guarantee) There is an option to text or message current residents with any questions you may have, and I suggest you try that out for more specific or updated experiences.
