A great community with subpar service.
While I appreciate the community and its overall appeal, I've been disappointed with the management's performance. Residents frequently express concerns about their rights, but it seems that staff are more focused on listening than taking action. Additionally, the community appears to be underfunded in key areas. The lake is stagnant and unsightly, roads are in disrepair, and basic maintenance tasks seem to be neglected. The situation is further exacerbated by the manager's apparent disinterest in engaging with residents. The maintenance staff, however, deserves recognition for their hard work. Although there's room for improvement, they're a positive aspect of the community.
I love this community
Everything is great so far. Office staff is very helpful. I haven’t had any issues yet and would definitely recommend this place to others .
