It's cool living in Canyon Creek. I like it.

The office staff are super friendly. I can't wait to move in. The apartment seems spacious for me and my kids and there is a lovely looking park very close to the unit.

Both ladies at the front were so sweet and helpful during our tour. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious, definitely looking forward to living here.

I love coach house ! Its very peacful and quiet . The rent is reasonable and i love that they offer many different layouts to fut what you like !

I've had no problems with my neighbor's and I dont have any complaints.

Delmar Loop Apartments located, in my humble opinion, at the center of what is St. Louis Living is. Close by are the world's best Zoo, Park, and world renown Art Museum. In a World Class Park that's bigger than Central Park in NY. Next door to that is Washington University, Interesting shops and interesting people of all races, and economic status. None of that matters here. The Delmar Loop and Apartments do very well in maintaining and creating a sense of community. And the Management Staff is thoughtful, and helpful. They are Definitely valued here.

I love living here, the location is great. Parking is well lit, i feel safe. And love coming home.

Mrs Higgs is great to work with had some issues but Jennifer and Mrs Higgs are taking care of the issue and I’m happy with the outcome

I have not lived here very long but this is already worlds better than my previous apartment. The people are so much more responsive and kind. And the laundry room is really nice. This is the best option in the area I needed to be in hands down.

The Township Apartment Homes, is probably the nicest and most understanding apartment complex I’ve lived at. I moved in to a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome and have only lived here for a little over a month but have loved it ever since. I’ve only had one issue which was when ever it would rain the kitchen would (not flood) but get water in it. The maintenance team has always responded back within an hour of receiving the work order and always shows up immediately after the phone call. During this whole COVID-19 outbreak I was out of work for a week and then the following week my work had messed up my paycheck due to the pandemic. So I had to pay my rent 2 weeks late but the Township management team has been understanding and helpful in every way possible and have waived the late fees. I have amazing neighbors who actually want to be friendly every time they see you and all in all I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND The Township to anyone. A little on the pricier side but definitely worth it for the area, the team at the township, and the apartment it’s self. Sean and Maria have been amazing and helpful through the move in process as well as the delayed rent issue and waving the late fees. Thank you guys!

This is a great apartment complex. I have had an extremely positive 2 years. The management staff are friendly and easily reachable via email. I have had no issues with maintenance and my requests are completed without delay. The parking lot is safe and the general area feels very safe as well. I love living so close to the soccer stadium! I have enjoyed watching this building and area grow over the past 2 years and I look forward to watching it grow more this year.
