I really enjoying living here

I have really enjoyed living here. Maintence is super nice, and timely. I know the property manager is running two properties, but she is pretty rude. She sent out a letter about dogs no longer being able to use the dog park, because people on the first floor can open their doors because of the smell, which I live on the first floor and thats not true at all. I dont have a pet, but its pretty obvious she doesnt like dogs. But I also understand that shes probably annoyed she has to do two peoples jobs, and they probably arent paying her for it. Also it would be nice to have a timeline on when the laundry room will be fixed. I have three jobs and dont always have time to go to the laundry mat.

Review

I love it here my only complaint is the parking lot I have asked about it but no response. Been here a year it's quite they stay on top of trash and dog poop. They fix things in a timely manner. Will be here for a while and rent and bills are reasonable.

Overall it's a decent place to stay.

No complaints. Could use some upgrades. Atleast a laundry room and fix the parking lot.
