There are a few minor updates I would welcome but the location and convenience are exceptional. The maintenance crew are excellent but feel they would greatly benefit by some updated equipment which would save them time and effort. The staff are congenial and accommodating. Overall I am well pleased with my home.

The staff is very friendly, the maintenance crew is great, the grounds are pretty with the lake and the ducks and geese. The townhouse itself is very well maintained and I feel that it has been updated adequately. We planned on staying here for many years but we ended up getting a dog (who was welcomed by staff and residents) and we feel we need a yard. If we didn't need a large fenced yard, this would have been our permanent home for years to come.

Andrew M. on Aug 25, 2021The Township Apartment Homes, is probably the nicest and most understanding apartment complex I’ve lived at. I moved in to a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome and have only lived here for a little over a month but have loved it ever since. I’ve only had one issue which was when ever it would rain the kitchen would (not flood) but get water in it. The maintenance team has always responded back within an hour of receiving the work order and always shows up immediately after the phone call. During this whole COVID-19 outbreak I was out of work for a week and then the following week my work had messed up my paycheck due to the pandemic. So I had to pay my rent 2 weeks late but the Township management team has been understanding and helpful in every way possible and have waived the late fees. I have amazing neighbors who actually want to be friendly every time they see you and all in all I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND The Township to anyone. A little on the pricier side but definitely worth it for the area, the team at the township, and the apartment it’s self. Sean and Maria have been amazing and helpful through the move in process as well as the delayed rent issue and waving the late fees. Thank you guys!

I know this is an older establishment, however the current staff and upper management have been dedicated on assuring that residents concerns/issues are acknowledged and resolved to the best of their ability. I continue to see repairs,updates and promise. Some folks expect magic. I just expect courtesy and that’s what they provide. I’ve been here for over 10 years and I assure you that I would not reside at a place I didn’t feel welcome and/or respected. Keep moving forward Canyon Creek.
