Balfour at East Lake has been a pleasure to be here. All of the staff is very helpful, kind, and resourceful. At anytime, all of my questions or answered in a timely fashion. The property is clean, and well maintained. Landscaping is lovely and lots of green space to walk my dog. The amenities are great. The location has allowed me to be close to the city and the other activities I do, like restaurants, friends, parks, and visits to historical sites and attractions.

There seems to be a need for more parking. Sometimes people park in the fire lane and leave it all night. I really like the staff. They have been very helpful. I’m renewing my lease. I have steadily had an increase every year. I have a two bedroom apartment with I love, but in the price continue to go up, I will not be able to live here. I like living here, so I hope you keep the apartments affordable.

I can’t imagine a better place to live in Atlanta. Great location, excellent amenities, maintenance and groundskeeping staff, and the property management are very engaged, knowledgeable, and helpful.

In the metro-Atlanta area, you won’t find a better deal. The community is quiet and the grounds are well-kept. The staff is awesome. My 2/1 is perfect for me and my daughter. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, the floor plan is open, the master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet, and the creme de le creme is the bathroom which has a garden tub. In the metro-Atlanta area, you won’t find a better community and at this price.

I enjoy living here. it is peaceful less crime and fridley neighbors. The staff at Grove Point Apartments is awesome. maintance is always on point to fix stuff and very helpful. I will recommend anyone to live here.

Seems to be a lot of young people in the community. Noise is not too bad yet.

When you move into a new property, there are always glitches. I haven’t seen anything that would raise a red flag but everything is happening in a timely manner for the better. Now that all the tenants are moved in everything is going smoothly management is super cool. I don’t have a problem with them personally myself. The tenants do need to clean up after themselves. We are all grown, so let’s be respectful.

Just a heads up to anyone looking to rent here — we’ve had a issue in our apartment for months now, and management keeps giving us the runaround. Someone could seriously get hurt. We’ve brought it up several times and still nothing. If this is how they handle basic repairs, it makes you wonder how they’d handle a real emergency. Sharing so others know what kind of maintenance response to expect.

In my personal experience the management has maintained a clean, nice, and safe environment all over this property.. All around seems well kept. It's nice to be a resident over here!

The development is a nice place to live in. If would be better if the grounds were kept. There are alot of spiderswebs on the stairway from the first to the top floor. I putv in a ground ticket but it was never addressed. One time I ended up sweeping the webs away myself but the spiders weren't in the webs so ofcoursev the webs are back.

I really do like living here it's very quiet they just like family and just like home I really do enjoy all the amenities a nice place to live I really do like coming home I like the staff I like the maintenance people they really do have the place looking clean and I really do enjoy

It's a pleasant experience living here the workers/staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to help whenever called upon things are handled in a timely manner they are very patient and accommodating

We have lived here since shortly after the apartment was built, so we were the first residents in our unit. The prices have definitely risen since we moved in, but the value was amazing for what we were paying. Maintenance crew are SO nice, helpful, and responsive, as is John the security guard. Front office is hit or miss, but I haven’t had any huge problems with them. They are generally helpful when you can get ahold of them. The location is really nice, and generally quiet in comparison to other Atlanta apartments. The pool has been closed a lot, but last year was due to post-covid equipment shortages, and this year due to residents breaking glass in the pool, so I don’t fault the apartment staff. The issues in the building are really due to other residents being neglectful, but the staff seem to handle issues well and in a timely manner. Felt really lucky to have found this apartment when we did, we had a positive experience overall. Thanks for everything!
