Beg for safety, anemones, maintenance, and value
Always have to beg for maintenance to be done, and even after several attempts a conversation has to be had with management about what went wrong. Pool doesn't stay open in the summer because it keeps getting trashed. No trash valet. No courtesy officer, even though the office phone system will fake that it's available. Loud location and loud neighborhood. Pest control is non existent. Not worth what you pay for in rent. Can't trust the staff to do what they promised.
Could be better if property better taken care of
It's been okay could be better if things went half done
Room for improvement
Maintenance has no accountability for their work or the cleanup after. Scheduling maintenance on my calendar is inconsistent. Some maintenance tasks require several months to complete despite the promises made by the complex office manager. Community dumpster is always overflowing. No courtesy officer for tenant safety or noise complaints. Front office never answers the phone.

My experience here have been good for the most part the only thing about my problem is the cleanliness of the property and the up keep of the bushes and trees and grass around my living area to many geikos getting in my place and just need better up keep outside of the property could be a very beautiful property
