Not bad but not great!

I like the community. It is in a good area close to shopping, I-85, and other conveniences particular to my needs. The staff is excellent. Any issues are addressed immediately. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately. There are some downsides. 1. In my opinion the rent is too high for all the reasons that follow. 2. The construction overall is weak. The walls, ceiling, and floors are thin. Your best bet is to live on the top floor. God forbid if you live below someone with kids or they are heavy-footed and stomp above your head like an elephant with every step. 3. In the spring and summer, gnats will come through the ventilation. They are a pain. 4. Complex has had plumbing issues at least 3 times in the almost two years I have lived here so you will be without water a whole day and perhaps beyond. 5. Water pressure is low, I am told due to some ordinance in Gwinnett County. I think It has more to do with the plumbing issue I mentioned earlier and money. As one person living in an apartment, I am indeed using much less water than a family. 6. If you work remotely, See if you can get Tuesday off as the noise from the grounds workers will detrimentally affect your productivity. Although there is more to be said, that's all I'm going to say about that. 7. The highlight of living here is the staff. They are very cordial, respectful, professional, responsive to the needs of their tenants, and emphatic when things don't go well and are beyond their control.

Pretty good.

Nice place to live. I have living here since 2005. It is accessible and giving good maintenance. Oh course, because this it a good place.
