Could do better

It used to be great but now not so good. I've been living here for 11 years and I'm not happy. I can't get my carpet replaced or cleaned or repaired. I'm dealing with extreme noise over my head all the time.

Needs much improvement

Roach infested, paint stripping bathtubs. Great location, great parking and even good size but the upkeep is a nightmare. They don't repair they patch up.

Length of stay

I've lived here since Dec. 2010. There has been many different owners. My main complaint is the rate of increase in rent each year. There has been no improvement to my unit to constitute such large increases. I like this complex but I can't afford any more increases.
