It is close to highway 400, markets, religious houses of worship, entertainment venues, restaurants, pharmacies, educational institutions, libraries, and retail merchants. The exterior and interior renovations have enhanced the property and value. I have lived, here for 10 years and will continue my residency, here.
Its nice place to live with families
I am staying in this community from 7 years and it's fantastic to stay and it's very near by to all locations like Marta bus, Target, Walmart and restaurants.

I have enjoyed living here? The staff are nice, the rooms are big, and kitchee are great!!
Security, tranquility and silence.
I have 2 children and 3 years living in this condo. My experience in terms of high school is (8/10), plus the proximity of the bus stop (Marta), health center, dental, and supermarkets, Target is 4 min. (1.2 mi). and Costco (2.0 mi). In addition to gas stations, financial institutions and places to eat. The condo has a gym, excellent for any time of the year, swimming pool, barbecue grills, which in the summer time are great to enjoy, also has washing and drying stations. I have friendly, quiet and respectful neighbors. The maintenance service is incredible, in addition to the attention of the administration, they are always attentive to answer all concerns. Regarding the lease renewals, they have remained within acceptable parameters, which has allowed us to continue living here. I highly recommend them!
