    Awesome Community to live in.

    5/5 Anonymous on Dec 12, 2018

I recently toured at Echo and I was very impressed with the level of service I received. I am looking to move for work and this location is ideal. As I entered the office I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any refreshments as I waited which was awfully nice since the snacks they had were the good ones :). On the tour I received additional info on the community that I would not have thought about asking which was very helpful. The apartment and the amenities were so clean and modern looking that I am extremely interested in applying. As long as my husband agrees I will be returning to complete the application..... I normally do not do reviews unless I live somewhere but as I was showing this website to my husband I noticed that there were no reviews and I felt compelled to write one. Based on the service Tommy gave me I think that anyone would enjoy living here. Thank you

It has been very good for me. It is close to my family. Medical services that I use are close by, as well as the restaurants, and stores that I frequent. Office Staff & Maintenace Staff are especially helpful. The landscaping & pool are well maintained. Covered & Secured parking is a big plus. I have been here since Jan. 2020,

The residence are more then welcoming. The staff has one attentive worker out of three. The Manager and Assistant seem to be preoccupied with something else. The location is top notch except it is too close to HWY 400. The noise ruins the view from my balcony. More attention needs to be in the organization and follow through of the Event planning. One performer has shown up one out of three times on the calendar. The new maintenance Engineer is thorough and does a good repair completion.
