Nice place.

I've been living here for more than 10 years and it has been a nice experience all the time. The staff is so kind and the facilities are excellent. Although the buildings are ok and have been remodeled recently, they are older than several complexes in the area and to pretend to charge similar renting amounts than they charge is not logical. Anyway, we feel we are in a good place.

Nice old but expensive place

I do not understand why, being the neighborhood each year one year older, the leasing prices are set in comparison with newer complexes in the area. I do not understand.

Good property at best

We lived here for a year. The apartment had a mold problem because of moisture. The AC unit area was FULL of dust and grime. Its like they just try to mask all of the problems with the place by painting over it instead of fixing the core problem. I think this is just how this property is run by management because the maintenance guys themselves are super nice and do a good job. Rent price is definitely over priced for what you get. They show you the renovated units on the website then actually sell you the old outdated units with problems. Neighbors are super nice. Noise level is very low. It just comes down to the upkeep of the units by management. Its pretty bad especially for the price they charge you.

Nice place, kindly people.

11 years. Safe and clean site. The only thing I do not like is: Being complex each year, one year older, the leasing fees increase as if it were newer. Obviously, I must not be too cheap to turn it into a getho, but Collingwod is an excellent place to live.
