Good place
Management is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff have always been prompt in making repairs. Nice central location on north side of Atlanta.
I love it here
I normally don't renew my lease ever but I renewed it here. It is super quiet. Staff is super nice. Maintenance responses are quick. Only negative is that they don't have 3 bedrooms, townhomes, or valet trash. Other than that 9 out 10.
Quiet neighborhood
I moved here in April. I thought it was quiet due to the kids being in school but school is out now and it is still super quiet! I have made a pro v con list. See below: Con: You can only have AT&T and Sawnee elec. I hate being restricted. There's no trash valet so I have to hike my trash up to the compactor (I'm lazy so its more on me here) There needs to be more parking spaces. I don't like that the sink isn't part of the bathroom but it seems like the norm now, where they place the tub n toilet together and place the sink just outside the room. The Amazon hub is a pro and con lol...pro for safety and con cuz I'm lazy duh lol Pro: Washer & dryer in unit Amenities: Indoor & outdoor pool The floorplan is a nice size. Both rooms can fit a king. Most places make the guest room tiny. I LOVE the kitchen .It has a pantry. A lot of cabinets. Stainless steel appliances as well. I have a sunroom. Nuff said! ITS REALLY QUIET! Office staff have all been nice so far (but I rarely bug em anyway) Close to Northpoint mall I have 2 and a half baths. When I have guest they don't have to use the ones in the bedrooms. Huge windows for natural light. Outside of the cons, I love it and recommend it .
