Great location

I've lived here since 1994 and there have been good years and bad years, like anywhere. The good outway the bad. The bad are things like loud neighbors or barking dogs, but that changes when they move out. The good are things like maintenance, whenever I need anything, Brian is always there to fix the problem, and the location is great with easy access to 400 and several grocery stores/shopping centers.

Very good, safe and quiet, management good. A good location kept up well for the years that the apartments been there, secluded behind all the trees no issues with neighbors.

Review Summary

My unit gets minimal sunshine, the windows are very small and are super hazy. This affects my mood - the window need to be replaced. Although, I love dogs -- a dog resort is nearby. The multiple barking dogs several times daily start at approximately at 6:30 AM that echoes throughout the complex. At times, this is very disturbing. At times, when I come home in the evening, I barely get a parking spot for building 2200. On the flip-side, I love my unit, the office and maintenance staff is personable and professional, the amenities are good, and the residents are extremely friendly.

Nice and quiet

I have been living here since 2022. I love it here and have no complaints other than that there's no 3 bd and no trash valet. Property is clean and quiet even when kids play.
