Things could be better

Heaters and hot water constantly goes out for days on end. Grounds will get a little trashy with debris and things that we have to walk thru for weeks. I find myself picking up litter all time.

Safe living

My mom and I been renting here for 10 years. We feel comfortable living here. Timnre stafg are good people. They take good care of is and grounds are well kept.

Great Place to Live

I looked at many places within the Lakewood area and of course there are some really nice places but didn't have all of what I was looking for. Here at Timbre not only did it met my needs but having the great staff to go with it. Mandy is an awesome staff member. She was very personable and real. This are super nice and quiet despite the main road. I can't hear anything.
