My Opinion
I have lived here since the pandemic started. Submitting a maintenance request can take days or weeks; only one person does the repairs. Those who have dogs don't care to clean their waste. Instead, take them to the spots available to do their potty, i.e., dog park or other places with bags to pick up the feces. If you don't pay for a parking spot, you can end up far away from your apartment.
The Village at Seeley Lake experience
I have loved living at the Village at Seeley Lake! I am currently in a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The staff and maintenance workers have been helpful and responsive. The grounds are well maintained and the neighbors are respectful. Parking can be difficult as only one covered spot was allotted to us (and we have two vehicles). Often times I have to park across the complex.
