My experience
The office manager is very rude they will come up with reasons to try to get you to move out. There is NO exceprions for paying rent. If you dont hav the whole amount, they wont take any of it. They will blame happenings on you reguardless if you have anything too do wit it or not. If you deny anything, they wont believe you.
