Great place so far

The staff is extremely friendly all around. Maintenance and leasing agent Tony was also extremely helpful and swift in the process. I submitted any initial move-in concerns as quickly as possible and they went out of their way to ensure they got resolved. That being said, some other pros include great amenities, location, and at the time of writing this review; the price. Typically a 2 bedroom here probably costs around 1800 but we were able to score a much lower price probably due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Internet is also Comcast (xfinity) self-install ready, which means under many circumstances you shouldn't need a technician to come out to get your internet initially installed. The biggest downsides to the apartment include the recurring monthly "Fetch" fee for a a certain package delivery service that is mandatory per the lease. it essentially makes your rent 15 dollars a month extra. The other downside being the covered parking for your vehicle(s). At the moment you are to pay 35 dollars a month for a carport, which can really add up to be an unnecessary expense if you don't want a carport in the first place. All in all, a great complex with great people, and constant effort to make sure the place consistently improves with age. New stainless steel appliances and finished white countertops are a blast. Make sure you follow the move-in procedure, and you will thrive at this location.

Maintenance 1b201

I had my peephole finally installed in my door after almost two years and my garbage disposal done today and the gentleman was very well mannered and I was doing distant learning with my son and he was very efficient and polite. 5 STARS!!

Not great, but changing.

The apartment was not worth what we were paying. We lived there for a year. The apartment was cheap and things were falling apart. The cabinets in the kitchen were screwed in poorly and the wood was rotting and cracking. When we first moved in, our bathtub had scratches in it, and we were told that it was supposed to be fixed. But they never came to fix it. The paint on the walls was just falling off. We had a pipe burst on the second floor above us, that caused a huge leak in our apartment. It took a while to fix it, and after it was fixed they never came to paint over the area on the ceiling. The neighborhood was not great. There was often loud, domestic, disturbances around us and people yelling and screaming in the parking lot. The playground would have been nice, but it was constantly trashed by the teenagers who spend most of their time there. I have 2 young kids that I would have liked to take to the playground more, but it really didn't feel safe for them sometimes. Things were slowly starting to change owner change happened, but the changes couldn't happened fast enough for us. . We got a washer/dryer in the unit, which was nice. And the new staff was very nice and more accommodating. So , hopefully things will continue to change. But it was just too little, too late for us.
