Excellent customer service!

Hello. I have been looking at apartments all over Kent and my first apartment viewing was with Madison Plaza. I fell in love with it! I look at other apartments in Kent and none compared! The leasing office has been so helpful in setting me up to actually move in soon- Oct 24th. They also lowered the initial rent payment for my apartment and this was a complete and very welcome surprise! I love how they treat the community just as that.. a community and not like each renter is a paycheck! I am very excited to use the work out room and the garbage and recycle chutes. I also look forward to the rooftop with the views and the amenities for my dogs. The leasing office has gone above and beyond welcoming to Madison Plaza. I hope to live there for a long time!

Perfect apartment

Brand new building, in a very beautiful and central location. Feels very safe and ama keep it real, the only thing is the sound of the trains hunking cos they run round the clock but not like like its every minute but when theyre passing youd always know and that includes at night but hey my kids sleep through it and are unbothered. The first two nights were rough but you get used to it and it doesn’t bother you after a while. The staff are great and friendly. This place is so clean and smells so fresh. You can tell a lot of thought was put into this place and so many stores within close distance. If you’re thinking about it, just do it. Its a great place to live, like you feel very happy coming back home.
