Maintenance at this location is excellent. Appearance of property is acceptable. Sometimes the garbage gets disgusting but I do not blame the management. People are just pigs. They don't seem to understand the importance of recycling or the appropriate way to recycle nor do they seem to understand how to secure the trash area. I have not seen any rodent activity but that would be a deal breaker for me.

Enjoying my apartment. It is in a great location. Thankful my neighbors are quiet. Maintenance crew are is quick with fixing issues. Office staff are friendly and responsive.

Not managing clean. Pet's waste always around. No proper communication, takes weeks to repair or replace some thing not good. Gym is very old and 50% of machines do not work. Lease office people are so rude. Always makes dynamic decisions with no proper communication.
